System Manager

Innovation & Technology Department

Responsibilities

This post will be directly reporting to the Sector Head of Business Technology. As part of Infrastructure team, the candidate will be the lead in designing, planning, implementation, support and monitoring of servers/systems and application servers for a large scale enterprise environment. He/she will also be leading efforts in system evaluation, benchmarking, architecture design, system setup, configuration, administration and performance tuning. This position needs to work closely with internal lines of business, IT vendors and other IT personnel to ensure system hosting and backup facilities are maintained under a pre-defined SLAs, and will focus on system stability, security, performance, and capacity management, as well as documentation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines. Experience in technical operations and software engineering highly preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years working experience in managing and configuring enterprise-wide system platform, with 3+ years in managerial experience. Previous work experience in a technology vendor, Systems Integration Company or IT Consultancy firm would be an added advantage
  • Solid experience in setup, configuration, administration and basic troubleshooting skills on Windows, Linux server, VMWare, database server (MSSQL and MySQL).
  • Experience in system integration for network infrastructure , Security especially on Microsoft Active Directory and Azure cloud platform
  • Experience in large scale infrastructure transformation is a must
  • Technical knowledge on Virtualization, Server, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Private/Public Cloud service, SAN Storage and Backup Solutions

The successful candidate will develop digital marketing strategy by working closely with the residential, office and industrial sectors in Leasing Department to drive business growth. He/She will lead a team to plan and implement digital marketing strategy through Display Ad, Search Engine Marketing SEM (Paid Search), Search Engine Optimization SEO (Organic Search), Social Media Marketing and Company’s own media platform.
